House of the Dragon season 3 episode 6 promo: Undercover Daemon?
It should not come as much of a shock that entering House of the Dragon season 3 episode 6 over on HBO, there are a multitude of major events to expect.
So where is the proper place to start? It makes sense to do so in King’s Landing, given that this is the setting for a pretty substantial crisis that Rhaenyra and Daemon have to face: What is happening when it comes to the Gold Cloaks. They are in a situation here where they have to realize that the longer Ormund has support in King’s Landing, the more of a disaster it could be — and also the more dead bodies they will find. They know at least some of what he is up to and yet, the problem is so much deeper than what either of them ever would have imagined.

If you head over to the link here right now, you can see a full preview for what lies ahead on the show, one that does feature more violence but also Matt Smith’s character going (seemingly) undercover as a Gold Cloak in order to learn more of the truth. At the same time, he also seems to be keen to offer some rather dangerous advice: Just go ahead and kill Ormund and his army with dragonfire. Yes, there is a chance innocents get harmed along the way but at the same time, Daemon has always been more worried about the long-term threat.
As for what else to expect…
It does appear as though we are gearing up for a more substantial role for Rhaena, who has been fairly limited in the story since the Battle of the Gullet. Meanwhile, is Aemond about to figure out his next move? He is closer to being nursed back to health.
