‘Big Brother 15’ live feed spoilers: McCrae passes the buck off to Jessie
However, what we quickly ended up learning instead today is that it is still possible that almost anything can happen … especially when feelings are involved. McCrae seems to be one of the swing votes, but he is already trying to prepare himself an out in the event that he sends Elissa packing to support his longstanding alliance: Blaming it on Jessie. In a conversation between him and Amanda, he told her that if Jessie was for sure on their side, he would vote with them and send Nick out the door.
In doing this, he’s protected in two ways. If there are only four people who vote to evict Nick, he can say that he knew Jessie wasn’t going to save him. Meanwhile, if there are five votes to evict Nick (who we may have overrated as a player last week), McCrae can put the blame on Jessie for voting along with Jeremy’s group … even if it was really him. It’s an interesting idea to cover his own rear, if that is what he is trying to do. We honestly don’t know at this point. All we can say is that McCrae is going to seriously regret evicting Elissa once he sees the show, and sides with the people mostly responsible for the house’s racism and nastiness. She also has for him a solid MVP nomination, which the other side of the house does not.
As we said earlier, this could be a last-minute decision for him, and he’s surely worried that if he flips on his alliance, Jeremy in particular will come charging after him, as he will have been the obvious person to defect.
