Dutton Ranch season 2 renewal: Where is it at Paramount+?
We are this point moving into what is going to be the home stretch of Dutton Ranch season 1 over at Paramount+ — so what can be said now in regards to the future?
Well, the first thing that we really should say on this subject is really not that complicated. The show has been an overwhelming success for the streaming service and by virtue of that, we do tend to think that another season here is inevitable. We are just in a spot here where we have to wait for the big announcement, which we wonder if it is being timed out now in some sort of particular way in order to maximize attention all around it.

Ultimately we do wonder if one reason we have yet to hear anything is tied to a search for a new showrunner, as Chad Feehan will not be returning to this post. It does feel obvious that Taylor Sheridan is going to remain involved as an executive producer behind the scenes, but this is where we remind you that he has a million different projects constantly in the works. By virtue of that, it is really difficult to even imagine a world where he is going to have a lot of time to write every single episode.
While the wait for more news may certainly be frustrating, the best advice we can offer at this point is to simply sit back and relax. There is no reason to fret given that the Yellowstone world is so important to Paramount. Also, with Sheridan moving to NBCUniversal down the road thanks to a new deal there, they will likely try to keep his current programs as long as they remain affordable.
