Love Island USA season 8 episode 4: Who is Corbin?

We knew in advance of Love Island USA season 8 episode 4 that there was going to be some sort of surprise. With that being said, what did we get?

Well, this is where Corbin first entered the picture during the challenge, despite not actually being in the villa at that point. He was there waiting for some of the women within the back room, though they were instructed to not tell any of the men about it. This guy got a chance to spend a moment with all of the contestants and beyond just that, he made a lasting impression. Multiple women, including Melanie, were very much infatuated. We also think there was a certain allure to the idea, as well, that he was there and gone within a matter of minutes.

We learned a little bit more about Corbin closer to the end of the episode — he is only 22 years old, so he is younger than some of the others in the villa. He is from Miami and also 6’4” and seems to have no problem shaking things up. He was the one who mentioned the twist at the challenge to the guys, leaving the women to decide if they wanted to tell them what happened first. They didn’t, and when he showed up, he then got some individual conversations with all of the women. He remembered all their names! That created a really good impression from the get-go.

As for the remainder of the episode, let’s just say that there was almost-endless drama around every turn. The guys were paranoid and concerned about his arrival and what it meant. They funnier thing about watching the all crash out is that technically Corbin can only couple up with one woman at a time…
