Shrinking season 4 premiere date: A June 2026 update
Is there any chance that we are going to be learning more about Shrinking season 4 between now and the end of June?
Of course, there are a number of different things that are worth talking about regarding the future of the series, but we should start by simply noting that 100% the comedy is going to be back for more! Sure, the Jason Segel series originally had a three-season plan, but the thing about plans is that they can often change. We’re glad that they are, and we are curious when / if the creative team is going to be getting all the characters back in the same place once more.

So when could we be getting more of Shrinking back on Apple? From where we stand, we are hopeful that it will be around in the first half of 2027. The great thing about this show is simply that it does not take a long period of time to make or edit after the fact. There is also a lot of value in getting a new season every 12-18 months, and this is certainly not something that we get with a lot of the other shows on the streaming service these days. That is especially the case for some of the dramas, whether you are talking about a Severance or a Pluribus.
As for whether or not season 4 is going to be the final one now that the story has been extended, it currently feels like there will be a little bit more. That can always change, but it does feel like there is certainly enough story to keep this going for a little while longer.
