The White Lotus season 4 adds Survivor 50 stars Charlie, Kamilla

We had a feeling that The White Lotus season 4 was going to feature at least one Survivor 50 cameo, but how about two? During the finale of the reality TV juggernaut tonight, creator / contestant Mike White revealed from France (where the show is currently filming) that Charlie Davis and Kamilla Karthigesu will be making an appearance.

Is this going to be a huge role for either one of them? Well, let’s just go ahead and remind you that most of these cameos were small. The biggest one we saw actually featured a fellow season 50 star in Angelina back in season 2. This is just a fun nod to White’s reality TV history more so than a significant story addition a lot of the time.

Now as for when you are going to see this season actually play out on HBO, let’s just say that you are probably going to be waiting for a good while. If we are to look at things based on past timelines here, the absolute earliest we would say to anticipate something here is in late winter or spring 2027 — the network has always given White a lot of time to let things play out here and based on where things currently stand, we have a hard time imagining that this is going to change.

Of course, we do not think it is a coincidence that the two castaways White chose for cameos here are also people who were voted out early this season. He likely spent more time bonding with them than some of the ones who made the jury, mostly because some pre-jurors do tend to hang out together for at least a reasonably short amount of time.
