The White Lotus season 4 premiere date: A May 2026 update

Is there a chance that we are going to hear anything more regarding The White Lotus season 4 between now and the end of May?

Of course, the first thing we can say at this moment is pretty darn clear, and it is that there will be another batch of episodes coming to HBO down the road. Filming has been underway for a little while now, with one notable change in the midst of it: Laura Dern coming in for a modified role. Helena Bonham Carter was the original casting, and we’ve heard that the part has since been re-worked. Because of the way in which the show films with a wide array of storylines, there may not be too much of a slowdown in production as a result.

With all of this being said, it does not mean that we are actually going to be seeing the fourth season premiere in the near future. The earliest that we’re going to see it presumably is the first few months of 2027, mostly because as soon as the show is done filming, there is still a ton of editing and other work that needs to be completed. If we are lucky, an exact date will be revealed close to the end of the year. In general, we would be surprised if there is much more in the way of news released over the course of the month at all.

As for what we can hope for out of this season…

For those who are unaware, a big part of this chapter is going to be themed around celebrity and film. It almost has to, if the Cannes Film Festival is going to be a key part of what is to come.
