Reacher season 4 premiere date: A May 2026 update

As we get further and further into the month of May, is there a chance we are going to hear more about a Reacher season 4 premiere date? What about further details regarding the show as a whole?

First and foremost, we do think there is value in pointing out what we do and do not know about where things presently stand, beginning with the fact that the Alan Ritchson series has already filmed its latest chapter. It is presumed that we will get a season 5 after the fact, but there is room to discuss that further in due time. For now, we just know that we are in that difficult waiting game where Prime Video has to figure out what they want to do with the show, and waiting for an answer there is not necessarily that easy.

From where we sit, we do tend to be very cautious about the idea that some firm premiere-date news is going to be revealed this month. As nice as it would be, it just feels too early and that the powers-that-be are going to focus on the Neagley spin-off first. We’re sticking with past predictions that it could launch this summer, meaning that the flagship Reacher would come later this year. A 2026 launch has already been noted, so you do not have to worry about that. A trailer will be most likely unveiled at some point in the fall, at least if our estimates turn out correct.

As for what else is worth noting…

If you are a Lee Child fan, know that season 4 is based on Gone Tomorrow and based on what Ritchson has already said, it could be the best chapter yet. Our feeling is that with each passing season, there will be a real appetite to try and up the ante.
