‘The Bachelorette’ spoilers: Drew Kenney’s hometown date with Desiree Hartsock teased

What is going to take place on next week’s all-new episode of “The Bachelorette”? The two words to remember here are “hometown dates,” as these are a staple of the show, and are going to be super-significant as we figure out next who Desiree Hartsock is going to pick.

But who is going to be the most interesting contestant to watch going into these? It’s all going to be a matter of person preference, but host Chris Harrison told TV Guide yesterday in his post-show chat that one in particular is probably going to touch most of America:

“This is where everybody is very emotional, Drew’s date [especially] is just amazing and it’ll tear at your heartstrings. The rest of the season is very intense and the biggest hurdle for Des has yet to come.”

Going into these dates, there’s not much question that Brooks Forester is the favorite. Desiree already told Harrison last night that she was falling for him, which prompted him to ask whether or not the show experience was really over well before making it to the final two.

While Brooks may be the favorite here when it comes to Desiree, Harrison’s comments to us come as a sort of reassurance that the person who is the most likely to be the next “Bachelor” of this group is Drew. Not only is his edit positive, but he’s being gushed over by the host as though he is the nicest, sweetest man to ever grow a set of abs.
