ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6 spoilers: A big tease from Tamala Jones

Are you ready for “Castle” season 6 to start? While you are going to be waiting until September (at the earliest) for new episodes to start airing, the production period itself is starting soon … very soon.

So while the actors have likely enjoyed the opportunity to have a few months off away from the incredibly long hours, many of them appear to be more than excited to be back in action. For more on that very thing, just see what Tamala Jones (Lanie) had to say in a new interview on her Twitter account:

“S6 is going to be explosive!!! I hope you guys are ready!!!!!!”

So what are we going to see from Lanie on season 6? We can tell you that the Lanie / Esposito relationship is not going to be as masked as it was during season 5. We’re going to learn a little bit more about who this character is, where she comes from, and whether or not these two really have the capacity to make a relationship work beyond just the plot of a romantic comedy where they are constantly friends with benefits.

But are there going to be some obstacles that get in the way? We’re sure of it, mostly because that happens with pretty much every “Castle” relationship.
