‘Criminal Minds’ season 9 spoilers: ‘Inspiring’ news

For those of you who love “Criminal Minds,” you have to be getting excited now about the prospect of production starting again soon, right? The likes of Thomas Gibson and company will be back shooting scenes for the new season this month, and some information is at least starting to come out on one of the titles that we are going to be seeing for an upcoming episode.

According to a new report from SpoilerTV, the second installment of this season is going to carry with it the rather simple name of “The Inspired.” If you’re looking for an air date, this is going to be the second part of a two-parter that will air on Wednesday, September 25, and much of the focus is going to be placed on a mother having to come to terms with the fact that one of her children is going to be more than just a little bit of a threat to the rest of society.

For the most part, however, details on the rest of season 9 are still pretty scarce, at least with the exception of a few pressing details. We do know already that Camryn Manheim is going to be guest-starring as the mother in question for the first two episodes, and that there are some more characters to be cast, including someone to help lead the team.

Following the episodes at the end of last season with the Regulator, we know that there are going to be some pretty elevated expectations; what will be curious now to see is whether or not the show manages to meet them.
