‘Big Brother 15’ live feed spoilers: Veto ceremony results; a replacement nominee

On Sunday, there was all sorts of talk surrounding just what was going to happen in the Power of Veto Ceremony on “Big Brother 15,” primarily because this was something that could either sink or swim a certain someone’s game in the house.

So what did the ceremony end up doing for one Elissa Slater? Personally, we think that it sunk her, and she is now all but guaranteed to be leaving the game on Thursday night. By making Nick the replacement nominee, she has basically replaced one unpopular member of the Moving Company with a guy that will almost surely not be leaving the house. For one, none of the other four guys are going to be voting for him; when you add to that GinaMarie and Kaitlin (who are almost surely voting to send home Elissa), you have a done deal.

Elissa would have been so much better putting up someone like Kaitlin, who she could have argued was a negative force in the house. This is the sort of mistake that Rachel Reilly never really made when it came to nominations, since she followed the rule of targeting threats and floaters trying to attach themselves to threats. Kaitlin has her little alliance, but Jeremy is carrying her through this game.

So already, GinaMarie is comforting Nick, who does not seem to be completely worried right now about his odds in the game (save for whatever face he is putting on). We expect conversation to shift soon to the upcoming weeks, and while Elissa will try to campaign yet again, it is going to fall on deaf ears. The part of this that will be the hardest for her is seeing Jeremy tell her about the Moving Company in her goodbye videos.

What do you think about Elissa’s move, and do you think that she has a shot at sticking around? If you want to check out some more updates straight from the “Big Brother 15” house, our advice is to head on over to the link here.
