‘Under the Dome’ episode 3 preview: Dean Norris, Mike Vogel’s characters meet

Have you been waiting for the big meeting between Mike Vogel and Dean Norris’ characters on “Under the Dome”? Then get ready to celebrate, since that moment is just about here.

On Monday night’s new episode of the CBS drama series, you will see the two guys who are effectively a hero and a villain of the show right now shake hands, and talk casually about the state of things. Then, almost out of nowhere, Big Jim asks Barbie this simple question: Are you in or are you out? It almost feels reminiscent in some ways of someone trying to make a big alliance in “Survivor,” and trying to figure out whether or not you are someone that can be really trusted.

We already know that Big Jim is hiding a few things, so Barbie would be wise here to keep a distance even though he’s hiding things as well. Plus, we know already that there are a multitude of other issues right now within the world of the show that need to be dealt with. For example, we have tried to figure out how Chester’s Mill is going to continue to survive while staying under this dome, and if there is any sort of way in which to free themselves from it. As we’ve said before, at least one character is going to try something this week that has likely been a burning question for many of you for some time when it comes to this show.
