‘True Blood’ season 6, episode 4 preview: Rob Kazinsky sheds light on Ben
Who is this man of great mystery otherwise known as Ben? On the surface, he is nothing more than the newest arrival on HBO’s “True Blood,” a seemingly nice man who just so happens to have a great deal in common with one Sookie Stackhouse. They both have fairy blood running through their veins, and thus they also have a certain amount of pressure put upon them to become something, or contribute to the world.
But does Ben also have a greater emotional struggle put upon him to go along with this? This show is all about the battle between good and evil, so anytime there is a character that does not display much in the way of both attributes, there is naturally going to be a reason to be at least somewhat suspicious. Is this guy really as good as he seems, or is there something sinister bubbling up underneath? To be fair, Rob Kazinsky for the time being seems very intent on trying to prove that his character means well. Just check out what he had to say as a part of a new chat with The Hollywood Reporter:
“Let me just say that trying to be a good guy and trying to be an honest and true person never works out too well with all of the other kind of shady characters that you have around. It is never going to run smooth for anybody.”
Kazinsky also promises that there are going to be a good many shirtless moments ahead for his character; as a matter of fact, he claims that he may be disrobed more than the vast majority of most other characters who have been on this show. (When you look at the established history here, that really is saying quite a bit.)
