Is Law & Order new tonight on NBC, February 19, 2026?

Is Law & Order new tonight on NBC? We certainly recognize that there are some out there who have been waiting a good while to see the flagship drama return — so why wouldn’t you want it back in the near future?

Unfortunately, this is where we do have to come in here with the bittersweet news. While we are going to be getting back into this world soon, it is not going to be tonight. Instead, the plan here is for it to return on the other side of the Winter Olympics next week. We hope that there will actually be a few more consecutive stories after the fact, so why not go ahead and set the stage further now?

First and foremost, NBC is doing something a little bit weird with episode 13 — the title is “New Normal,” but there is no official intel out there yet about what is ahead. However, we can compensate for that somewhat by sharing a little more insight regarding “Remedies,” the March 5 episode that we do have a little more info about below:

Season 25 episode 14, “Remedies” – 03/05/2026 (08:00PM – 09:00PM) (Thursday) : The 2-7 arrests an unlikely suspect when a popular wellness personality is murdered. Price and Maroun must determine if revealing the victim’s past will help or hurt their case. TV-14

Now, let’s also hope that at some point over the next few weeks, we are going to get a sufficient amount of other information on a season 26. We do remain cautiously optimistic that the series will come back for another turn, but this is where it is worth remembering that this is an era of cost-cutting and by virtue of that alone, we do see sometimes corporations do things that nobody likes.
