Lioness season 3 premiere date: The best-case scenario
As many of you out there may be pretty well-aware at this point, Lioness season 3 is pretty deep in production for Paramount+. We are imagining some more high-octane missions, but also opportunities to get to know some characters better. The first two seasons earned a reputation as one of Taylor Sheridan’s stronger series and we certainly do not want to see that change now.
Given that some of Sheridan’s other series are currently off the air, that only increases the enthusiasm to get back into Joe and Cruz’s world. So does that mean that a premiere date reveal is coming in the near future? Well, it is at least possible.

In general, we tend to think that for Lioness, the best-case scenario is that we see it at some point in May or June. This would require production to wrap soon and from there, the bulk of the series to be edited together in a relatively short amount of time. We do tend to think that it is possible, mostly due to the fact that we have seen it in the past.
As for what we think the third season is going to be about…
Based on the first two seasons, we do think that Joe is going to be thrown into another dangerous mission that requires her to use a lot of her training — and beyond just that, some of her recruiting skills. Since both Cruz and Josie are still around, we do imagine that they are going to be a part of it in some sort of integral manner … though we are going to have to wait and see just how all of it shakes out. We’re hoping already that we get an announcement on a date sooner rather than later — that way, there is something more to look forward to.
