NBC’s ‘The Voice’ winner Danielle Bradbery’s single ‘The Heart of Dixie’ revealed

Danielle BradberyIs Danielle Bradbery a big fan of “Hart of Dixie”? The reigning champion of “The Voice” is planning to release her first single that has a title very similar to that of the hit CW show: “The Heart of Dixie.”

According to Amazon listings (which were found via Mjsbigblog), Danielle’s first single will be made available to the public beginning on July 16, just a month after she finished her run on the competition as a member of Team Blake Shelton. This is a crazy-fast turnaround, and it also shows that “The Voice” is desperate to try almost anything they can to launch an artist quickly off the show. Cassadee Pope had a pretty-quick turnaround after her season, but while she has received a great deal of iTunes sales for her single “Wasting All These Tears,” she is still facing the monster known as country radio, a difficult place for female artists to find a home.

Bradbery’s single is launching a week from Tuesday, which originally was going to go up against the debut album “Music Speaks” from “American Idol” winner Candice Glover. (However, there are rumors about this album being delayed for a myriad of reasons, including tour preparation.) Will it be successful? It’s possible, though like we said, it’s going to be difficult to find a spot on a format where there are only a small handful of females that really get any respect at all.

We’ll close with this: How awesome would it be for Danielle to perform “The Heart of Dixie” on “Hart of Dixie”? Let’s allow your mind to process that for a minute.
