Fallout season 2 episode 7, 8 release times bumped up
If you are excited to see Fallout season 2 episode 7 over at Prime Video, we have great news we are more than happy to share.
In a post over on their official Twitter today, it was revealed that the remaining episodes of this season (airing on January 27 and February 3) are going to be debuting now at 6:00 p.m. Eastern time, rather than the overnight release that we have seen over the past few weeks. The main purpose of that seems to be to create more of an event out of watching them, and build discussion for what is an already-renewed third season.

For those wondering, we do not believe by any stretch of the imagination that this move is a direct response to some of the reports about the show’s ratings — honestly, most of those border between ridiculous and misleading. Of course some viewership will be down when the episodes are not released all at once, but the idea is that you build on it over time. We do tend to think personally that this strategy is still far and away better for the show, in particular as an opportunity to get people discussing things or a far longer period of time. If all of season 2 was dropped last month, it would already be off the radar.
Now, our hope entering the finale is simply that we are about to see a lot of the major storylines converge with one another. If there is one criticism for this season we certainly understand, it is that we spend a limited amount of time with each character given how much ground the show is trying to cover.
