The Pitt season 2 episode 3 spoilers: Any changes for Santos?
One of the great things about a show like The Pitt having so many episodes is that, quite simply, there are opportunities to be surprised over fifteen episodes. You have the time to spend with every character that frankly, you do not always get with some other shows.
Take, for example, someone like Trinity Santos. She is easily one of the more polarizing characters in that she can be arrogant, obnoxious, and grating on some of her other doctors. However, she also does fight really hard for what she believes in, and we did get a little bit of insight into her past closer to the end of last season.

So what could we stand to learn about her this time around? Potentially quite a bit! This is at least courtesy of Isa Briones, who plays the part. Just take a look at what she said recently to WWD:
“This season we get to go a little bit deeper into what her whole deal is. Obviously, the main thing that everyone sees is her tough exterior and how she can be very on the offense, but you also get those little moments of vulnerability where you’re like, ‘obviously she is punching first, so she doesn’t get punched because she has been the victim before’ … She has been the punching bag before and is never going to let herself be that again. And I think in Season Two, you see a different side of her.”
Personally, we still wonder whether there is going to be any more serious friction between her and Javadi over the whole “Crash” nickname — or, whether there will be some sort of issue regarding her demeanor in general. She’s complicated, but isn’t that a part of what makes her interesting? From where we sit, that is at least an easy perspective to have.
