The Traitors UK season 4 episode 4: The Secret Traitor revealed!

We went into The Traitors UK season 4 episode 4 ready to learn the identity of the Secret Traitor, a twist that was controversial from the very start.

Yet, the truth has now been revealed after one of the original Traitors in Hugo was banished — and with that, a lot of the theories can be put to rest! (Yes, there have been a TON of theories — some of them were insightful, and then there were others that were downright ridiculous.)

Fiona Hughes has now been revealed as the woman behind the Red Cloak, and also the person who created the shortlist through the start of the season. She managed to truly shock both Stephen and Rachel, and we do think that this demonstrates perfectly just how dangerous of a player she really is. If she was able to pull off this much deception, what else is she capable of doing? That is something that you have to worry about at this point.

We will say that this reveal was the most surprising of the episode, largely because losing Ross is anything but. From the very start of the season, it felt like hew as on borrowed time due to matters beyond his control. The fact that he had a history with Netty put a target on his back from the get-go and unfortunately, he was never that great at managing to do damage control. One of the things we have seen with this show over the years is that Traitor or not, it is really hard to get suspicion off of you early on once the snow has started to roll down the hill.

In the end, a big part of The Traitors is “anyone but me.” A lot of people are going to be operating, at least at first, with that very philosophy in mind.
