The Hunting Wives season 2 premiere date: December 2025 update

As we get close to the end of the year, why not take a moment to look a little bit further at the future of The Hunting Wives on Netflix? Are we about to learn more about season 2 in the near future?

There are of course a number of different things worth getting into in this piece, but it makes the most sense to start here with the following: A reminder that the breakout hit has already been renewed for more episodes. It didn’t necessarily get a lot of promotion heading into its launch, and it had a rather unusual route to getting on the streamer in the first place — once upon a time, it was set to air at Starz. Now, however, it has a chance to be a signature show and we tend to think that more and more people are going to discover it over time.

If there is one more thing we are happy to say at present, it is simply this: Filming for The Hunting Wives has already started up! This means that we are going to be waiting for a little while to see what is next but compared to some Netflix shows, it may not be anywhere near as long at all. Our hope right now is that come summer or fall, the second season is going to be coming. We just have to wait and see what the streamer decides.

As for what else is going to be coming, we hardly think that the new season is going to look or feel any different from what we saw the first time around. This show has already established itself as one willing to push the envelope and at this point, we do not tend to think that they are going to back away from that. Why would they, all things considered?
