‘The X Factor’ USA notes: Fifth Harmony, Emblem3, and Demi Lovato in Denver

We’ll start off this “X Factor” notes by discussing the news that the show’s third-season auditions have moved on over to Denver, Colorado, which there were apparently some opportunities for the judges to “bond” a little bit over some very bizarre food.

In the video below, you can see Simon Cowell discussing how he had the opportunity, at the “request” of Demi Lovato, Paulina Rubio, and Kelly Rowland, to try out a Rocky Mountain “staple.” Did he like it? It’s hard to really tell, since the ladies are really too busy laughing at him for him to get in too much of a word in edgewise.

“The X Factor” is going to have its season premiere on Wednesday, September 11 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time, where it will air prior to the season finale of “MasterChef.”
