‘The Walking Dead’ season 4 spoilers: Meet the mysterious ‘Don’
If you remember back to a recent “Walking Dead” article we did then you will know that producers put out a casting call recently for a role named Don, known only for being a man between the ages of 50-70 and for his demeanor, which can be described as kind, but also a curmudgeon.
Now, we at least know who is going to be the man responsible for this role. According to SpoilerTV, Danny Vinson will take on the part for at least one of the show’s upcoming season 4 episodes. Vinson has dozens of credits to his name over the past decade and a half, but some of his notable TV credits include two episodes of “Army Wives” on Lifetime, and also an installment of HBO’s “Eastbound & Down.” All of this evidence suggests that this is probably not a major character, and only will stick around for an episode or two at most.
It won’t be long now until some more “Walking Dead” season 4 scoop starts to come out. The show will have its annual preview weekend beginning on Independence Day, and it will run all of the seasons leading up to the end of the event on Sunday night. In here, we will at least have an opportunity to see some new footage on the fourth season, at least in the form of production teases if not a full trailer. Season 4 will once again premiere in October, though an official date has yet to be set. (We’ll have it for you when it is made available.)
