Next week on ABC, you are going to have a chance to see Grey’s Anatomy season 22 episode 6, and there is one thing that we can say about it now: It’s the fall finale! How in the world did we make it to this point already?

Well, a lot of this just comes down to scheduling. The network clearly wants more of the medical drama to air during the lucrative winter months and because of this, they have shifted around how things work. They also clearly have created a story that will keep you excited for more during the holiday season, as there are multiple characters in jeopardy here rather than just one.

Want to know a few more details here about what is to come? Then be sure to check out the full Grey’s Anatomy season 22 episode 6 synopsis below:

Grey Sloan takes in patients following a catastrophic bus accident. Teddy and Owen have an awkward encounter, and Richard tests Bailey’s patience.

The promo that aired last night showed that, in particular, there are two long-term cast members you should be worried about. First, you have Kim Raver as Teddy, who is apparently going to be trapped underneath the bus. Meanwhile, Jo (Camilla Luddington) could be in some serious trouble later in her pregnancy. Is the show really going to do the thing where Link has to decide what happens to the woman he loves? These are always the sort of thing you have to wonder with a show like this and while we’re cautiously optimistic everything is going to work out, there are going to be some serious bumps in the road along the way. Our advice, at least for the time being, is to simply try and be prepared.

One thing we are 100% confident in right now is that there will be a cliffhanger — it would be shocking in the event that this didn’t happen.
