The Narrow Road to the Deep North episode 3 is coming to BBC One next week — do you want to learn more on what is to come?

Well, first and foremost, let’s just share that there is a lot more drama to come for Dorrigo. We know that we are seeing a lot of his story across generations, and we do tend to think that this installment (the midway point of the season) is when a lot of the drama is going to come to a peak. At this point, it is hard to imagine any other thing taking place!

Dorrigo comes under investigation for a risky procedure he performed, placing a further strain on his marriage. The younger Dorrigo shows deep love and care towards the soldiers when a cholera outbreak spreads through the POW camp.

As many of you may know at this point, we are gearing up for a number of stories that are going to be painful and complicated. In other words, exactly the sort of stuff that we would want to see from a show like this. We do not tend to think that anything is going to get easier for the character soon, so just go ahead and brace for a lot of emotional content at every corner and a number of bigger twists.

Above all else, though, we expect some great performances. Beyond Euphoria Jacob Elordi clearly did not have to do more television; with that, clearly him opting to do this show is tied greatly to the passion that he felt for the work. Also, we imagine that a lot of ground will be covered here within a short amount of time.
