‘Girls’ season 3 silliness: Lena Dunham, Miley Cyrus’ ‘We Can’t Stop,’ and a slap
We’ve all seen time and time again that the cast of HBO’s “Girls” likes to have fun, both onscreen and off and dancing around with some of your co-stars to a hit by Miley Cyrus is precisely what Lena Dunham and one of her cohorts recently did.
In summing this up, Lena posted a video on Instragram this week (since posting videos on this site is now apparently a thing) featuring herself giving a rather generous smack to the rear end of Jemima Kikre (otherwise known as Jessa) while the two chose to sing the Miley hit “We Can’t Stop.” This was some sort of reenactment of the actual music video, of which Miley confused us further by trying to explain the meaning behind it in a new interview on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” this week.
Now that all of this fun is over (or at least the fun that the two decided to share with the world), we return now to the realm of serious “Girls” scoop. Season 3 of the HBO hit does not have a premiere date yet, but it has been in production for months. This is where the photo above comes from, which is proof that Jessa is not going to stay away from the girls forever after her strange antics caused her to previously bail.
If Miley Cyrus is not your thing and you don’t know much about her, then we like to think that we have fulfilled a purpose in this article: Trying our best to educate the masses.
