‘Big Brother 15’ spoilers / speculation: The possible usage of the MVP twist

Regardless of who America picks, Julie Chen has at least made it clear that a twist this season directly impacts nominations, and there are three people going up on the block this season. Is the MVP going hand-in-hand with this? Given that we could not see another twist being introduced to go along with this right now, we think that this is it. Therefore, we’re not speculating that this power has anything to do with the Veto at all. These are the possibilities we’ve come up with, but we’d love to hear some of your own thoughts below!
1. The MVP gets to nominate one of the houseguests for eviction – Talk about a way to neuter a Head of Household, right? If this happens, there’s a chance that the HoH could have multiple people coming after them next week, since none of their picks could be going home.
2. The MVP replaces a nomination – Even worse news, given that the HoH could feasibly have three people coming after them moving forward.
3. The MVP grants someone immunity from nominations – This is at least a little more fair than the other two options, since it is similar to the end result of the coach’s challenges from last season.
4. The MVP saves a nominee during the live eviction show – For the sake of drama, this would be the crazy option, but it would also ruin all of the good game-play leading up to that night.
If this twist lasts until four or so weeks in, we’ll be fine with it changing up the earlier part of the game. However, we’ll have those cartoon eyes shooting out of our head if it enters the jury stage of the game. That, like with last season, is the time for straightforward game-play. You don’t need twists when you have things like what we saw with Dan last season.
