NBC’s ‘The Voice’: Winner Danielle Bradbery performs; Michelle Chamuel speaks out

The VoiceFor those of you who are not completely willing to let go of this season of “The Voice” just yet, we completely understand; it’s for that reason that we’ve got some more scoop on what both the show’s winner and the runner-up are doing now.

In kicking things off with Danielle Bradbery, she visited “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” last night in order to give her first real late-night interview. While the viewership may not be on the same level here as for the singing competition, it’s a different crowd by and large; any time that you can perform for someone new, you have to be rather excited. Reports are that this will be the start of a pretty busy several weeks for Danielle. Given that this is summer, she is going to take the time now to work on recording her debut album, that way it will not impact what she is doing in the way of education. This is one of the other benefits to the show not having a tour; the contestants can instead work on some original music.

As for what Michelle Chamuel is up to right now, she seems to be taking the second-place finish in good spirits, likely knowing that Danielle’s fan following was immense, and also realizing that there are still so many opportunities that she has now to take her career to the next level. In a post on her Twitter account, she promised that there will be new music “on the horizon,” and she will have updates pretty soon. It’s possible that she could continue to work with Usher in some way, at least when it comes to having him be a source for advice and contacts.

In case you didn’t hear about Danielle landing herself a post-show record deal, you can read a little bit more on that by visiting the link here.
