‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 4 spoilers: Ashley Benson shares ominous Hanna news

Since there’s a pretty significant spoiler in this article (even though many of you probably saw it coming a long time ago), we’re still going to start this “Pretty Little Liars” article off with a warning: If you want to avoid anything and everything that could ruin season 4 for you, now is the time to stop reading.

Back when we first heard the news that Tyler Blackburn was going to be crossing over from the flagship show to the spin-off “Ravenswood,” there were understandably questions … with one of the first ones being how in the world that producers were going to pull this off if his character was going to stay together with Hanna. Unfortunately, we have an answer to that now … and it’s that the two just aren’t going to stay together.

In an interview with Wetpaint, Ashley Benson said that “it’s done” when asking if there was hope for Hanna and Caleb following his move to the new series, and when it came to whether or not she was going to be getting a new love interest, she was ambivalent:

“I don’t know. It’s really annoying. I just wanted to date Emily because I love hanging out with Shay, and we always joke around saying that all the fans love us and our friendship. So Emily would be my new girlfriend.”

Before we get any further here, let’s put any prospective shippers to bed on the thought of these two being together: Benson’s clearly joking. Plus, Hanna is straight, and Emily has Paige. Not going to happen.
