Comic-Con 2013: ‘Sons of Anarchy’ season 6, ‘Bones’ season 9 panels announced
Attention all Comic-Con fans, the good news is finally starting to come out. We just reported that “How I Met Your Mother” is going to have a panel at the convention in San Diego for the first time since the series’ launch, and now we have full details on the other series produced by 20th Century Fox TV that will be showing up in some shape or form.
One of the big ones every year, for example, is “Bones,” and this time around it will be back with a panel featuring star David Boreanaz and executive producers Stephen Nathan and Hart Hanson. Boreanaz is always a convention favorite, going back to his days on “Angel” and “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” so to us any Comic-Con without him is a pretty tragic event, indeed.
Meanwhile, “Sons of Anarchy” season 6 will have a panel, but the only thing known at the moment is that it will feature creator Kurt Sutter and the show’s cast. If you just want to have a good time, especially if you’re a fan of the show, this is one that will likely be a blast. This group all get along really well, and Sutter’s own blatant honesty is at times awesome / mic-drop worthy.
Some of the other series currently expected to show up from the studio including “Futurama,” “Bob’s Burgers,” “Family Guy,” “American Dad,” and “The Simpsons.” In other words, this is the place to be if you love animated comedy, and the world of Seth MacFarlane is going to be rather busy for a few weeks (even if he’s not formally listed as appearing).
Love these Comic-Con panels already? We’re of course going to have full coverage of the event, so be sure to bookmark the tag here as we near the convention’s start on July 18.
