‘The X Factor’ USA notes: Fifth Harmony praise; Emblem3 on filming experience

Lylas

It’s becoming a bit of a broken record these days that this past season of “The X Factor” could be about the groups, at least when it comes to who ends up getting the most play on the radio. Emblem3 is already nearing a top 30 hit with “Chloe (You’re the One I Want),” and Fifth Harmony is still eagerly awaiting the release of their own first single entitled “Miss Movin’ On,” which is hopefully going to be released before the end of the month.

For now, we’ll just have to settle for some of the amazing things that other people who have been in their position are saying about the ladies. Take, for example, new “X Factor” judge Kelly Rowland, who knows a thing or two about being in a successful girl group. In a video posted by Idolator of the judging panel’s recent press conference in Charleston, you can hear the former Destiny’s Child member say the following about the group:

“It’s time for a new girl group! I wish girl groups to [exceed] and [go] beyond what Destiny’s Child or TLC or The Supremes could ever do. You want each generation to get better and better, so I hope and wish them much more success.”

Meanwhile, the other video that we have for you here is all about the boys of Emblem3 speaking out to MTV about just what the process was like for them shooting the recent music video for “Chloe.” We appreciate that despite all of the success that these guys have had in the past few months, they seem as energized and excited about just about everything as you would hope for.
