AMC’s ‘The Killing’ season 3, episode 3 preview: Is Linden all in?
We have all sorts of good things to share now when it comes to Sunday night’s episode of “The Killing,” and much of it shows the sort of commitment that AMC and executive producer Veena Sud are putting into a show that was ironically canceled just earlier this year.
Before we transition into “Seventeen” (which is the third episode of the season), why not take a look back first? The two videos below featuring Sud, Mireille Enos, and some other cast members talking through the story-lines of the first two episodes, which to us were really all about a few short things: Introducing the new characters, the case at hand, and trying to find a way to force Linden back towards finishing what she started rather than going back to her relaxing life without a worry in the world.
So is Sarah all in now? We like to think so, thanks to what she saw with that horrific burial ground at the end of episode 2. “Seventeen” focuses on her next move, as she tries to find a way to prove that Seward is an innocent man despite being on death row, and how this case (complete with creepy drawings) is much more complicated than anyone would first assume.
Check out the full synopsis for the hour below:
“Sarah has her own motivations for joining the task force; Holder finds a new street informant; Seward strokes an old rivalry.”
Who is this new “informant” that we are talking about? We’re putting our focus on Bullet, given that she is someone that he feels a certain connection to when it comes to her resilience on the streets. With that being said, she’s still far from the easiest nut to crack.
