ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6 debate: What guest stars would you like to see back?
Given that Monday is the night you would be more than likely sitting down to watch a new episode of “Castle” on ABC, it does seem appropriate that this also be the time in which we speculate on who would be the best people to pay another visit to the show for season 6. The scripts are too early on in the writing process for us to actually have any idea if any of these people are worthy, but they are all at least reasonably interesting candidates given the impact that they had on the show in prior visits. Not all of them are serious, which thus also helps to preserve that delicate balance here between comedy and drama.
Do you agree or disagree? Either way, we want to hear from you in the various means we have provided at the bottom of this article.
Darby Stanchfield – So long as Shonda Rhimes is willing to loan Meredith out, we want to keep seeing her. It’s a very different character than what we see on “Scandal,” and it’s always fun to see a big part of Castle’s past. Plus, she could have some interesting insight on his new engagement.
Michael Mosley – 3XK is one of Castle’s most-noteworthy villains. In between this and Mike Vogel on “Bates Motel,” we’ve learned that actors from the short-lived “Pan Am” actually make great villains. Who knew?
Laura Prepon – We would be cool to see more of the fictional Nikki Heat, mostly because seeing her “research” makes for some fun reminders that Castle is actually publishing books, and that is not always apparent in every episode.
Adam Baldwin – Let’s be honest here: We really just want every “Firefly” actor possible to be in a single episode. So bring back Gina Torres, as well, and find a way to make this a full-fledged reunion.
Jack Coleman – We have an ending of sorts to what happened with Senator Bracken, but the man is still free. Until Beckett can correct this, we have a pretty hard time believing that we are suddenly going to stop having appearances from the former “Heroes” star.
James Brolin – Given that he is Castle’s father, and there is so much story left here to explore, making this list feel almost strange if he was not a part of it. Jackson Hunt would have to be nearing the end of his spy career, though, if he were to suddenly decide that he wants to re-enter Rick’s life.

Dana Delaney and occasionally James Brolin. No more Meridith or Nikki Heat andlet’s finish Bracken once and for all. 3XK or even Scott Dunn might be interesting, though

I would like to see Dana Delany come back, she was excellent in the role she played last time.

I wouldn’t mind Dana Delany visiting but Beckett isn’t going to need a mentor because she isn’t leaving the 12th. Definitely 3XK once to finish it, Darby would be fun but not necessary, and Laura Prepon would be fun. No more Adam or Coleman. I am indifferent to Castle’s Dad; he can’t be a recurring character at this point now.

DANA DELANY lost Body of Proof. This is time for her to join régular Castle cast to be mentor of Kate Beckett in FBI. She knows Rick Castle and may include him in some investigations.
That because 3xk will come back
For sure, we need to Know more about Rick father
