‘True Blood’ season 6 video: Joe Manganiello, Alexander Skarsgard show more skin
Do you love shirtless supernatural creatures? Then odds are, this brand-new clip teaser for “True Blood” season 6 is going to to your liking. This video was released on Sunday night in conjunction with HBO’s new TV movie “Behind the Candelabra,” and it does at least show off some new footage from the series that you may have not seen before.
First things first, Alexander Skarsgard (Eric), Joe Manganiello (Alcdie), Anna Paquin (Sookie), and Deborah Ann Woll (Jessica) are some of the people who choose to strip down somewhat. There’s also yet another reminder that while the past few seasons have focused more on vampires fighting either against themselves or some other sort of supernatural creature (see werewolves or witches), this time around, we really are looking at a situation where humans are the biggest threats out there.
There are ten episodes that are coming up beginning on Sunday, June 16, and there are some major stunners coming up in the future. For one, there will be a death that will drop your jaw to the floor. There are also some other new characters that are coming, and hopefully a conclusion that sets the stage for the show’s seventh season. After all, this seems to be near the end of the road for “True Blood,” and we wonder just how many more years the series has with this cast all on board.
What do you think about this clip? Does it make you excited for some more steamy vampire action? If this video isn’t enough for you and you want a refresher, just be sure to visit the link here for a five-minute look back at this past season.
As always, we also welcome all of your comments below.

All I care about is Bill. Stephen Moyer is the reason I watch True Blood!!

I have heard rumors that it will be Eric who dies but I am REALLY hoping that’s not true. It appears that Bill will have more powers with his new um.. persona. It looked like he was flying and winning in a fight against Eric, which I really didn’t like. I hope Eric is able to return ownership of the house to Sookie before all hell breaks loose. But will Bill still be able to enter human homes since he is ‘godlike’ now?
