‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 4 premiere spoilers: A look through the wreckage (video)

It is not going to take one of the “Pretty Little Liars” very long at all to start investigating the scene of the fire, and they of course have some pretty significant questions. Is Alison DiLaurentis really alive, and if so, why is she running around as Red Coat rather than being out in the open? These are two questions that Spencer Hastings is hoping that she will find some sort of answer to in the midst of all of the wreckage left at the scene.

In the sneak peek below for Sunday night’s new episode “A is for A-l-i-v-e,” you can see Spencer, with the help (of course) of her boyfriend Toby, try to figure out what in the world really happened there, and whether or not Ali was trying to create some sort of message that she was ready to come home after so much time away.

This is where Keegan Allen’s character comes back into play, in a desperate attempt to try and snap her back to reality a little bit. If Ali was really that interested in being a part of Rosewood again, why would she save the girls, and then take off again without a trace? She also did not seem particularly interested in having them know that she was really the person saving them in the first place.

Don’t worry, any and all interested parties: You are going to find out much more on the subject of the Ali mystery by the time this episode comes to an end. As a matter of fact, season 4 may be the most Ali-centric of them all thus far.
