While the season 4 premiere of “Pretty Little Liars” airs on ABC Family on Tuesday, June 11, you’re going to see the latest adventures of Hanna, Spencer, Aria, and Emily with plenty of fun to boot from the likes of some other players. However, the entire time, we are going to be watching with a keen eye for something major coming up around the bend: “Ravenswood.”
By this point, you’ve probably heard already the news that Tyler Blackburn (Caleb) is set to join the spin-off show after spending several years within the world of Rosewood. So who’s joining him? First, take a look at the two additions that we announced previously, just to give you a better idea as to all of the pieces to the incredibly-creepy puzzle. Second, check out this news: Nicole Gale Anderson is joining the cast.
For those of you who watch the CW’s recently-renewed “Beauty and the Beast,” Anderson has recurred as the sister of our leading lady Cat (Kristin Kreuk). Now, she’s stepping out onto her own. The actress has signed on to “Ravenswood” in the important new role of Miranda, a foster kid who has grown increasingly tough and/or hardened thanks to everything that she’s been thrown. What we totally dig the most about this casting right about now is that Anderson really is playing who we like to view as a female version of the Caleb character. (Possible love interest for him? We don’t want to say that, mostly because we don’t want a bunch of Hanna / Caleb fans pounding down the door.)
Do you like this casting, and what do you think about the “Ravenswood” clan currently being assembled? We’re not done spilling the beans of Blackburn, as you can read even more on the subject here.
