‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ preview: Extra footage of Phaedra Parks, Kim Zolciak

Just when you thought that the reunion show wrapping up meant the end of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” for the season, then you thought wrong. Instead, we’re set to have a “bonus footage” special on Sunday night that is the equivalent of one of those special features documentaries that you watch when you pick up your favorite movie on DVD: It’s not as good as the original product, but it can still be interesting to watch in the right situation.

Before we get to anything else, let’s share what the official synopsis from Bravo claims that we should expect to see take place here:

“Following the three-part reunion, Bravo gives viewers an inside peek at never-before-seen footage with the Secrets Revealed special, which will feature Phaedra’s pet funerals, additional footage of the return of Kim Zolciak, and the ladies’ reactions to the reunion.”

The video that we have to share is of Phaedra’s first pet funeral, which in many ways we do very much understand. Animals are universally loved by almost everyone and quickly become an important part of the family, so we certainly understanding someone wanting to something special in order to pay their respects. Of course, having a giant ceremony like this is just something that does not just completely resonate in our mind, mostly because we’re not sure many people would actually want to go to something like this. (The light, chirpy music played behind this is also a little weird.)
