‘Big Brother Canada’ review: Who was evicted before the final four?
Thursday night’s “Big Brother Canada” was really Big Brother Redux. We saw another eviction leading up to the final four, but this time around there is no one entering the game again. There was also no double-eviction, as the next eviction is instead being saved for during the week. (This may mean that we’re not going to be getting much when it comes to live feeds, but we’ll have more on that later.)
What we have to say first of all is just that we were completely and totally thrilled to see more of the jury house, mostly because we personally find this to be far more interesting at this point than the actual game. Alec and Peter were collectively served by Talla yet again this week, and just seeing AJ be AJ is entertainment gold.
Now, we turn back to saying goodbye to Andrew. It’s hard to feel sorry for any of these evicted houseguests (except for AJ and Topaz, who were each screwed during the game), since they all fell victim to trusting Emmett when they clearly shouldn’t have. Andrew never really played his own strategic game, and while we like him as a guy, he just wasn’t interested enough in strategy. The only thing introduced here is Emmett’s continued attempts to be a step ahead in the game, though we really don’t think that anyone is going to buy that he and Jillian are not that close.
As for the new Head of Household, the winner is … no one? We don’t know the answer yet, but we’ll let you know more soon.
What did you think about Andrew’s eviction? Do you think Jillian and Gary made the right or wrong move? If you want to see where we ranked the contestants going into this episode, be sure to visit the link here.
