‘Bones’ season 8 finale spoilers: How Booth’s past could come back to bite him

Bones

In just six short days now, the “Bones” season 8 finale will be here, and all of our questions will be answered when it comes to if Pelant is really going to be able to get away this season without being arrested. In addition to that, though, we’re also going to find out some answers to questions that we’ve been waiting to know for a while.

According to a new report from TV Guide, there may be some reasons why Booth becomes a target to the serial killer that we don’t even completely know about just yet when it comes to his past. With that, let’s turn to executive producer Stephen Nathan for a little bit more information:

“There is a connection to Booth’s past … We find out about some of his work at the FBI that we didn’t know about. And it appears as if the victims have a close connection to Booth.”

We know that his life will be in jeopardy pretty much the whole episode, but can Brennan find a way to keep him safe? This is going to be one of the key questions we hope to answer during this episode, along with whether or not we are going to see Booth and Brennan take a step forward in their relationship. If there is one thing that could really make Emily Deschanel’s character look at the idea of tying the knot in a new light, it could be having to really start to worry about living her life without Booth in it. There are no guarantees here, but Nathan promises that the issue of marriage will be addressed in a big way during the hour.

In case you missed the first video preview for the “Bones” finale from yesterday, you can check it out all over again here.
