On Sunday night, the 2013 MTV Movie Awards are going to be upon us, which means that there could be a night of some pretty great comedy ahead with Rebel Wilson steering the ship. The actress broke out courtesy of her role in “Pitch Perfect,” and this is going to be featured prominently courtesy of a mini-reunion of the show.
Of course, we’re not here just to talk about that (as we’ll have plenty of time for that a little bit later on). Instead, our focus here is taking a deeper look into how you can watch the show from the comfort of your computer. The red-carpet pre-show officially begins on MTV Sunday night, and all you have to do to check out the stream online is visit the link here. Sadly, this does come with one major caveat: you actually have to be a resident of the United States in order to view it. (For those of you in Canada, MTV’s affiliate north of the border will pick the show up.)
Macklemore and Selena Gomez are the performers on the night, and Jaime Foxx is going to be honored for his contributions to the movie industry over the course of the past several years. Expect a flurry of other presenters and stars as well, including the cast of “The Hunger Games” as they start to promote their next chapter in “Catching Fire.”
