‘Glee’ season 4 spoilers: Jessica Sanchez’s name reportedly is…

Jessica SanchezIf you have been anxious to find out at least a few more details on Jessica Sanchez’s character coming up on “Glee,” there is no reason to be anxious any longer. According to some new reports, the former “American Idol” star, who is set to make her debut in just a matter of weeks, will play the part of Frida Romero. What you knew previously is that she is the “legendary singer” of a rival glee club to McKinley High, and the name of this group is apparently the Hoosierdaddies. (Get it?) This news surely makes us wonder where Vocal Adrenaline is this year, as they were previously fronted by Jonathan Groff, Charice, and then Alex Newell.

This report proclaims that Sanchez will be appearing in “Lights Out,” airing in just under two weeks, along with the upcoming season finale on May 9. However, we’re not 100% sold on that thanks to the sole fact that previously reports had her appearing in the last two episodes of the season.

Regardless, expect to see Jessica grace the stage pretty soon in an effort to get some addition promotion for “You, Me, & the Music,” her upcoming debut album that is now coming out on Tuesday, April 30. (Considering that her album date was moved up, it’s possible that the same goes for her arc on the show.) We’re still waiting for her lead single “Tonight” to get some play on the radio following her return to “American Idol” earlier this year.

Before we arrive at Sanchez’s debut episode, “Glee” still has some major ground to cover. If you want to take a look at next week’s episode, which features the return of Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, and the rest of the New York Crew, you can do so over at the link here.
