‘Survivor Caramoan: Fans vs. Favorites’ preview: Dawn Meehan’s breakdown
What happens when a very nice woman tries to play a very aggressive game? The end result seems to be the video preview below for next week’s “Survivor Caramoan: Fans vs. Favorites” episode.
On one side of the coin, Dawn Meehan has played a game that completely dwarfs anything that she has done in the “South Pacific.” She has made ratting out others into an art form, and has been very careful when it comes to planning out big moves. Who knows? Had she been able to go through with blindsiding Malcolm, Phillip may have not have coaxed him to play an idol and he would’ve been eliminated from the game.
However, at the same time she seems to be struggling and crying even more this time than when she was in the game last. We’re not sure if it is due to the conditions, missing home, or feeling guilty about being dishonest to people within the game, but she is starting to lose more and more of herself out there. Corinne told us a little over a week ago that she was basically having to constantly help and encourage Dawn from various breakdowns, and it seems to have only gotten worse since her departure from the game.
But will this behavior make Dawn a target? It’s hard to say. From one standpoint, she’s dangerous at the end in that she’s made big moves; however, she at the same time could be faced with a bitter jury full of people she has lied to, and her constant crying could be a turn-off to some of the people who tried to help her get through some problems.
What do you think about Dawn’s latest breakdown, and do you think that she will make good on her threat to actually sent herself out of the game? If you want to read our interview with the just-eliminated Michael Snow, be sure to visit the link here.
