‘Bates Motel’ spoilers: a look down the road this season

As the first season of “Bates Motel” draws to a close, we are going to have more and more in the way of drama for some of these characters; and with that in mind, we have some new information regarding both titles and synopses for what will be taking place in the world of Norman and Norma Bates as we near the finale.

The following information comes courtesy of SpoilerTV, and while it is possible that these titles could change, we would be honestly surprised given how close we are at this point to them actually airing next month.

1.08, “A Boy and His Dog” – “A mysterious stranger causes problems for Norma; Bradley is not happy when rumors spread at school; Dylan and Remo go on a fateful road trip; Norman takes up a grisly hobby.”

1.09, “Underwater” – “Abernathy increases the pressure; Bradley and Dylan connect; Miss Watson encourages Norman’s active imagination; Emma takes a trip.”

Thanks to the news breaking that the series has already been renewed for a second season of 10 episodes, we no longer have to worry about whether or not the storyline is going to come to a close this year. This is always something that we prefer to see, mostly because we don’t want to be saddled with the anxiety of thinking that one of our favorite programs could be ending sooner rather than later and we truly believe that after seeing his performance in “Bates Motel” that Freddie Highmore is going to be the next big thing in Hollywood – he’s just that good.

Of course, this is not to say by any means that all of our favorite characters are going to get out of this season alive.  What do you want to see moving forward on “Bates Motel” prior to the finale?
