TOLN posts ‘All My Children,’ ‘One Life to Live’ refresher videos

Ever since the news first came out that The Online Network (otherwise known as TOLN) was going to be bringing back a pair of beloved former ABC soaps in “All My Children” and “One Life to Live,” there has been one concern from this standpoint: how many people are ultimately going to remember the shows? We’re not saying that we or the network can discount the countless years that fans spent tuning in, but it is also unrealistic to think that everyone has been in a holding pattern waiting for them to come out, especially since at one point the future for both shows seemed grim.

Luckily, this is where the two videos below come into play. As you can see, they provide a bit of a catch-up for as much of the two series as you possible can within the span of a few short minutes, including some of the most-notable moments over the course of the shows’ history. Basically, you are probably going to get a little emotional here watching this if you were a fan.

Meanwhile, if you have never seen either show before this can be viewed as really a pretty proper introduction to the world. You get an opportunity to know the characters, the setting, and at the end of the day, it is a nice little hook, and as smart of a move as TOLN could make at the moment to get people invested.
