‘Big Brother Canada’ review: An eviction, drunk Talla, and an endurance competition
There’s no question that this week’s “Big Brother Canada” was much more entertaining than what we saw last week, at least in between the (unfair?) twist that sent home AJ, the drama between Alec and Topaz, and Andrew winning the second Head of Household of the week.
This episode also happened to be entertaining, mostly because it was all about Talla early on. First, we saw that she was on the fence when it comes to alliances, and we also saw her drunken party that included her passing out all over the place, trying to make out with Topaz, and then urinated in the hot top. (Andrew’s line about multiple women people on him? Pretty gross.) It was pretty nice to see Peter take care of her, mostly because at a certain point it stopped being funny and started to be sad. (Unsurprisingly, they did not show how bad it really was on the show.)
When it comes to the actual eviction, it was pretty sad. We liked Gary as an entertainer, and he was a much better contestant than we thought that he would be after he started off this season coming across as simply annoying and not someone interested in playing the game. At least he’ll bring a touch of glitter in jury house and keep AJ company following this unanimous vote.
The final part of this episode was spent introducing the new Head of Household competition, which is the dreaded endurance. Who is going to win? We don’t have a clue just yet, but be sure to check back later, as we will have the full results posted online as soon as they are available.
Are you bummed to see Gary leave “Big Brother Canada” at this point, and who do you think is going to end up winning Head of Household? Be sure to share your thoughts below, and you can read where we ranked some of the houseguests leading up to this episode over at the link here.

In Canada there isn’t a tax on your winnings like in the States. Whoever wins will get the full 100K

Sorry to see Gary go…..he is the only one who was prepared to risk all to save Susette and Topaz. He never forgot his humanity. I am really disappointed with Emmet and Andrew. They are no better than Tom in the revenge department. Alec is pretty low to use Topaz’s feelings to win the game. Hey guys, Big Brother Canada is great and the prizes are good but after tax the amount you win isn’t worth stooping so low to win.
