‘White Collar’ season 5: Check out USA’s first teaser

Why, USA … why? At the moment, this is the question we see fans of “White Collar” running through their head over and over again when it comes to just how long they are going to have to wait for season 5 of the Matt Bomer series to come on the air. At one point, just about all of the network’s shows had a tendency to premiere in the summer, but that is quickly turning out to no longer be the case. For one prime example of this, just look at the fact that “Psych” recently premiered late last month.

So why the move? It’s obviously to show that the network is unafraid of any major competition from the networks. USA clearly knows at this point that they have an audience with this show, and they can use some of their summer real estate now to help launch some already-established franchises.

As for the content of this teaser that we mentioned in the title … you’re not going to get much. Just like the “Suits” season 3 teaser before it, there is literally nothing to show here since USA has not even started to air the season. Therefore, all that we are left with is a teaser that there will be some sort of continuation when it comes to Peter’s story in prison and Neal out on the run, but we are going to have to wait several months to find out what that is. (With that being said, is there any other network that puts together past clips quite like USA?)
