TNT’s ‘Dallas’ season 2 spoilers: A fight at J.R. Ewing’s funeral?

We knew that laying one J.R. Ewing of “Dallas” to rest was not going to be an easy thing to do, but who knew that it was going to ultimately result in violence? When you have so many characters from different walks of life (not to mention rather unique histories) coming together for an event like this, you have to know that the end result is not always going to be something that is particularly easy to digest.

According to a report from Entertainment Weekly, things are going to start to get a little bit haywire at the big occasion when someone manages to get the crowd worked up into a frenzy, mostly because this someone is a guest that no one is anticipating having at the event. There is probably going to be alcohol involved in here, as well, and when that happens, you know that things are only going to get worse.

As for another storyline that plays out, Sue Ellen is finally going to read the infamous letter, and the end result of it is something that will seriously make you want to bust out your hankie and start sobbing. This will be an emotional affair for everyone involved, and this scene in particular may help to add to the emotional punch that people are looking for from the rest of the episode, which is going to be explosive just as much as it is going to make the audience well up.
