‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ season 3: Adrienne Maloof confirms exit from the show

There has been a lot of talk about Adrienne Maloof recently and whether or not she is leaving “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”. So what’s really going on with her status with the hit Bravo series?

Reports have said that she not only decided to leave the series, but that she also refused to attend the reunion show that was filmed last Friday even though producers were begging her to attend right up until the last minute. Obviously producers wanted Adrienne there because they knew it would be a hornet’s nest when she was pitted against Brandi Glanville (which means big ratings), but Adrienne was said to have had enough of the drama and didn’t want her divorce and children to be a topic on the show anymore.

There have also been reports that Maloof was fired from the show, because she was excessively late all the time and she had a rotten attitude, but a source from Maloof’s camp says that it’s not true and that she left the show of her own accord.  Now Maloof has confirmed the exit from the show herself on her Twitter account, saying: “To my loyal fans… It was time to exit #RHOBH the show served as a wonderful platform.”  She added a longer blog post about leaving “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”, saying: “The show served as a wonderful platform for all the amazing projects that I have in the works. I am forever grateful to my fans, thank you for your support, and stay tuned!”

Adrienne hasn’t really been on the show much, actually not at all on the last two episodes of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” season 3 and with such a divide in the group it seems that this is the perfect time for her to make her exit.  Will the series still have enough drama to go around with Maloof’s exit?  We sure hope so, but at the very least we still have Lisa Vanderpump to watch every week and die a jealous death over.
