‘King of the Nerds’ rankings: Can Genevieve win it all or will Danielle take the crown?
When we first started watching “King of the Nerds” we were fairly certain that the final face off would be between Ivan and Genevieve with Ivan taking home the crown on the season finale this Thursday, but the past few evictions have changed things dramatically and one dark horse has come running to the forefront in our minds and has over thrown Ivan for the number two spot this week – and with that let’s get to our “King of the Nerds” rankings.
4. Ivan: Ever since Ivan was nominated to go into the nerdoff he seems to be slipping and his game is all over the place. Where before he was playing a strong social game and winning challenges with his team, now he just seems frazzled and unfocused. Is it possible that he will make a come back? Of course, but he’s got to get his head back in the game otherwise it’s over for him.
3. Celeste: Last week we saw a different side of Celeste that we really liked. She realized that Genevieve had tried to throw her under the bus to Danielle when it came to nominating someone for the nerdoff and instead of continuing to be quiet she fought for her life and Danielle ultimately changed her mind and made the right choice by putting up Genevieve. It was great to see Celeste playing a strong social game and not let Genevieve run her over.
2. Danielle: We haven’t been sure what to make of Danielle because the editing of the show is making her out to be very confrontational making her social game look like it’s lacking, but she’s a beast when it comes to challenges. Like Genevieve, Danielle studies for whatever challenge comes her way and her hard work has really paid off. Last week she won the first challenge after the teams have been dismantled proving herself as a fierce competitor and we definitely see her in the final two (go team WoW).
1. Genevieve: We ranked her number one last week and we still think she’s likely got the edge to win the show. She has been sent to the nerdoff three times against players that were experts in the field of their challenge and all three times she has come back victorious due to her hard studying before hand. She also has been given a pretty good edit all season so we are fairly certain that she is going to be crowned the winner on Thursday.
