‘Suits’ season 2 finale spoilers: ‘War’ is here … and it’s glamorous?

For the season 2 finale of “Suits” on Thursday night, things are going to be getting rather fancy, at least in the form of a black-tie affair that features most of the characters. There will be fighting, there will be back-stabbing, and yes, it is very possible that there will be “War” as suggested in the episode’s title. Just expect most of it to be of the subtle variety.

We’ve caught a number of clips from the episode, and while we do not want to give anything major about it away, this scene below between Mike and Rachel is just one stellar example of some of the sharp writing that you can expect to see throughout the hour. By the episode’s end, you should have answers to at least some of the show’s most-pressing questions, including whether or not Mike is going to consider finally making the biggest move with Rachel that he has yet.

As for Harvey’s near-constant power struggle, it’s about to become even more complicated. Nothing ever seems to come easy for this guy, and you can definitely say that all over again after seeing what he goes through here. Every one of the major characters has a story to tell over the course of the episode, including the angry curmudgeon known as Louis Litt (who is going to have some practice when it comes to holding his tongue courtesy of some not-nice comments that are fired off in his direction).
